Spoon Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix sugar, yeast and water in large bowl, stirring until dissolved.
    Blend in flour and let stand 10 minutes.
    Spoon into greased muffin pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Remaining dough will keep 1 week in refrigerator, if covered tightly.
