Sour Cream Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda and sour cream in bowl.
    Mix until smooth. Knead several times on lightly floured surface.
    Pat dough to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter.
    Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly golden.
    Yields 6 servings.
