Hot Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, cut in chunks
2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. minced onion
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can sliced mushrooms
potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except the soup and potato chips.
Place in a 2-quart casserole.
Pour soup over top without mixing.
Top with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
