Mary'S Old Fashioned Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. white or yellow cornmeal
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

First, heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Grease generously 12 medium muffin cups.
Then beat eggs until fluffy.
After that, mix in the other ingredients until smooth.
Pour batter into hot pans until almost full.
Bake muffins for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve piping hot. Makes 12 servings.
