Dad'S Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1 large pkg. plain or taco flavor Doritos
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown meat and onion.
    Add all other ingredients, except cheese and chips, in 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Layer meat mixture and Doritos, repeating until meat is all gone.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is all melted.
