Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Blend together, then set aside the cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, egg, 1/8 teaspoon salt and chocolate chips.
    Mix in separate bowl the flour, cocoa, 1 cup sugar, baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt. To this, add water, oil, vanilla and vinegar; mix well.
    Fill paper liners 1/3 full with chocolate mixture.
    Spoon heaping teaspoonful cream cheese mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
