Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. broth
    dash of lemon juice
    3/4 or 1 stick margarine
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil chicken and shred.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Mix soup, sour cream, broth and dash of lemon juice together.
    Pour over chicken.
    Crumble crackers and mix with melted margarine.
    Place on top of casserole and bake for 30 to 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
