Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 pt. pineapple sherbet
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained (save 1/2 c. juice)
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (save 1/2 c. juice)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water. Add sherbet and juices.
    Chill. Mash oranges and fold into jello.
    Add crushed pineapple.
    Chill until firm.
    Top with sour cream and marshmallows, mixed together.
