Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skins on.
    Peel and cut into medium size pieces.
    Brown onion and green pepper in butter.
    Add soup.
    Simmer several minutes.
    Stir mixture into prepared potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly on top.
