Greek Fried Meatballs(Keftethes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chopped beef (part lamb or pork)
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 c. moist bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. oil or butter for frying
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley and mint leaves
Preparation
    Brown onion in a little butter.
    Place onions in a mixing bowl and add meat, bread crumbs, eggs, and seasonings.
    Blend well and shape into size desired.
    Roll lightly in flour and fry in very hot oil or butter.
