Impossible Turkey Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cut up, cooked turkey
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (about 4 oz.)
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and a knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
