Ingredients

1/4 c. rice vinegar
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. poppy seed
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 large plum, pitted and sliced
1 large nectarine, pitted and sliced
1 1/2 c. whole strawberries
1/2 c. green grapes
Preparation

In a medium bowl, stir together the vinegar, honey, poppy seed and mustard.
Cut any large slices of plum or nectarine.
Add plum, nectarine, strawberries and grapes to the vinegar mixture. Toss until coated.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
Drain fruit; keep marinade.
Put fruit onto skewers (can use bamboo).
Brush with marinade before serving.
