Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 Tbsp.chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, thyme or sage)
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes if the skin is tough.
    Scrub and wash.
    Cut potatoes into the skin in thin slices but not all the way through. Put potatoes in a baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter.
    Sprinkle with herbs.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle with cheeses.
    Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
