Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery or chicken soup (any cream soup will do), diluted
    1 onion
    celery
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut round steak in bite size pieces, roll in flour and brown it.
    Put in large pot and simmer meat in soup, onion and celery until meat is tender, about 2 hours.
    After meat is tender, put mushrooms in.
    About 30 minutes before you want to serve, add sour cream.
    If you need more liquid, add more soup.
    Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
