La Crepe Francaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 large eggs or 3 small eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Place flour and eggs in mixing bowl.
    Add salt and sugar; mix well.
    When ingredients get too heavy to mix, add milk and mix well.
    Add vanilla and melted butter; mix well.
    Cover bowl; let stand for 1 hour.
    Using heated skillet or pan, use a small amount of Crisco to grease pan.
    When pan is hot (not too hot), spread pancake mix in pan and brown both sides (golden brown only). Serve with warm maple syrup.
    Serves 4.
