Ham And Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread
2 c. ham, cubed
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese
5 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. mustard powder
Preparation

Trim crusts off bread and butter both sides and then cube. Butter casserole dish.
Layer bread, ham and cheese, then layer another layer of bread, ham and cheese.
Pour beaten eggs and milk on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
