Whole Wheat Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. low-fat margarine
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Cut in margarine with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Add milk, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead about 1 minute.
    Shape dough into 12 balls.
    Place in an 8-inch square pan coated with cooking spray.
    Flatten dough slightly.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Makes 12 biscuits.
