Zucchini Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    2 c. diced celery
    2 lb. zucchini
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 green peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Add celery and saute 10 minutes. Add rest of ingredients except peppers and simmer for about 40 minutes.
    Add green peppers and cook about 10 minutes longer. Serve with Parmesan cheese and Italian bread or over pasta.
