Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushroom soup, diluted with 1/2 can water
    1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. Tater Tots
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck.
    Drain.
    Crumble meat over bottom of a 2-quart casserole.
    Slice onion on top of meat.
    Add chicken soup (undiluted) and spread over onions, then put on a layer of Tater Tots.
    Add the diluted cream of mushroom soup.
    Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
