South Of The Border Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 tsp. chopped cilantro
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/3 c. half and half
    1 to 2 dashes of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Butter a 1-quart baking dish. Combine all ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or toasted pita bread. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
