"Arni Tis Tihis" - Lamb Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    leg of lamb
    Feta cheese
    kefalotiri (hard salty cheese)
    salt and pepper
    lemon juice
    carrots
    small white onions
    butter
    potatoes
    celery
Preparation
    Cube meat from leg of lamb in 4 to 5-inch pieces.
    Place 1 cube of meat on a large square of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
    Add 1-inch cube of cheese, 1 small carrot, 1 small onion, 1 piece of celery, 1 medium potato, which has been pared and cut in half and rubbed with butter.
    Add a squeeze of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Fold the foil and refold tightly.
    Bake 2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve each foil package intact on dinner plate, allowing each guest to open his own.
