Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 can LeSueur green peas
    1 can white Shoe Peg corn
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain canned vegetables.
    Mix in chopped vegetables.
    Mix together the remaining ingredients in small saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
    Keeps well.
