Grandma'S Red Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    red potatoes
    red onions, chopped
    mayonnaise
    6 hard-boiled eggs, chop approximately 4
    celery, chopped
    paprika
    salt (if you want)
    pepper (if you want)
Preparation
    Skin potatoes and boil whole until soft (stick a fork through easily).
    Drain potatoes and cool enough to handle.
    Slice potatoes into large bowl.
    Add mayonnaise for desired consistency. Add chopped onions and celery (again only add enough to your taste).
    Mix well; add chopped eggs, salt and pepper.
    Again mix well.
    Top with paprika and egg wedges for decoration. Refrigerate and serve.
