Never Fail Pie Pastry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
5 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Mix together flour, Crisco and salt with a pastry cutter. Mix remaining ingredients and add to flour mixture. Mix thoroughly but do not overwork! This recipe makes 4 pie crusts or 2 double crusts. Divide dough into 4 balls. Roll out on floured board, being very sure not to overwork the dough because it will get tough. Balls may be frozen. Just allow thaw time and roll out as needed.
