Pineapple Surprise Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter
    3 eggs
    1 large can (No. 2 1/2) crushed pineapple, very well drained
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    36 graham crackers
Preparation
    Cream together the sugar and butter. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
    Add the pineapple.
    Add the pecans. Roll the graham crackers very fine.
    Sprinkle half in bottom of 2 pans, each 8 x 8-inch.
    Spread mixture over the crumbs.
    Sprinkle rest of graham cracker crumbs on top. Store in the refrigerator overnight (not in the freezer).
    Serves 8 to 10 nicely.
