Sauteed Dandelion Flowers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. clean, freshly picked, unsprayed dandelion flowers
    1/2 c. butter
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Do not wash the dandelion flowers, or they will close, so it is important that they are clean when picked.
    Heat the butter in a skillet.
    Dip each blossom into the beaten eggs, then into flour; saute briefly in the butter.
    Season with salt and pepper. Serve as a vegetable or special side dish.
    Serves 2.
