Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 c. brown rice
    1 can condensed consomme soup
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Spray Pam in an ovenproof frying pan.
    Heat pan until it is medium-hot.
    Brown pork chops on both sides and remove from pan. Melt margarine in pan.
    Brown rice over medium-low heat, stirring to prevent burning.
    When brown, take off heat.
    Return pork chops. Add soup and 1/2 can of water.
    Cover with lid and bake at 350\u00b0 in oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
    When rice has absorbed the soup, it is done.
