Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 to 3 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Toss scallops in mixture.
    Broil 2 1/2 to 4 minutes.
    This can also be microwaved.
