Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage or 1/2 lb. Canadian bacon
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    4 slices white bread, cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Saute sausage or bacon; drain well.
    Crumble sausage or bacon.
    Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard.
    Place bread cubes in the bottom of a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch dish, then sausage or bacon, then cheese.
    Pour egg mixture over all; refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, uncovered.
