Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cut up chicken
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated American or Swiss cheese
1/2 c. almonds
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. potato chips
2 tsp. onions, grated
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients, except cheese and chips.
Lightly pile in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and chips.
Cook at 400\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
If you add more chicken, add more celery.
