Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Frito bean dip
    3 medium avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    3 medium tomatoes
    1 can ripe olives, sliced
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Blend the avocados,
    lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Set aside. Mix the mayonnaise,
    sour\tcream
    and taco mix.
    Layer bean dip on bottom of pan; continue to layer avocado mix, sour cream mixture, onions,
    tomatoes,
    olives
    and Cheddar cheese. Chill and serve.
    Serve with nacho chips, optional.
