Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 count) pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
    1 lb. sausage or ham
    1 (8 count) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (2 c.)
    1 pkg. shredded Velveeta cheese (1 c.)
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Crumble and fry sausage or ham.
    Drain well on paper towels. Beat eggs in a small bowl and add milk.
    Blend.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Put crescent rolls in a 9 x 12-inch pan (use nonstick spray).
    Layer sausage over crescent rolls.
    Place hash browns over sausage.
    Put Cheddar and Velveeta cheese over hash browns.
    Pour egg mixture evenly over cheese.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cheese will be golden.
    Egg mixture will be cooked up. If it is runny, then longer.
