Baked Fish In Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fish fillets (about 3/4-inch thick)
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. dried dill
    dash of cayenne
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
    1/4 lb. small cooked shrimp (optional)
Preparation
    Cut fillets into serving pieces.
    Arrange in a single layer in greased 2-quart baking dish.
    In saucepan, melt margarine.
    Stir in flour and cook until bubbly.
    Add salt, dry mustard, dill and cayenne.
    Remove from heat and gradually stir in milk.
    Return to heat and cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
    Mix in 1 cup of cheese, stirring until melted.
    Mix in shrimp.
    Pour sauce over fish and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until top browns and fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
