Italian Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced cauliflower
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    7 1/2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
Preparation
    Combine cauliflower, olives, green pepper, pimento and onion in a bowl.
    Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl.
    Pour over vegetables and mix well.
    Chill for 1 hour or longer before serving.
