Gourmet Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can peas
    1 (8 oz.) can carrots
    1 (8 oz.) can red beets
    celery, diced (enough to fill 8-ounce can)
    dill pickles (enough to fill 8 oz. can)
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    dill weed
Preparation
    Drain peas, carrots and beets and dice them.
    Put in a bowl with celery and pickles.
    Mix mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice and mix with vegetables.
    Sprinkle dill weed to taste and for color.
    The amounts of mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice may be varied to your taste.
    Serves 6.
