Yum-Yum Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple and juice
    2 pkg. plain gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 carton cottage cheese
    1 carton whipping cream
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Bring to boil lemon juice, sugar and water.
    Mix gelatin in cold water; pour into lemon juice mixture.
    Let cool completely. Add pineapple and juice, cottage cheese and whipped cream that has been sweetened.
    Pour into large mold.
    Chill.
    To serve, cut in squares.
