Emerald Isle Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
3/4 c. grapefruit juice
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Preparation

Cream the cream cheese and blend with Jell-O.
Add water and juice.
Pour into mold and chill.
