Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. grated onion
pepper
sliced dried beef
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients well.
Spread on slices of dried beef. If slices of beef are small, use more than one slice to each roll.
Roll up tight like jelly roll.
Chill.
Cut in 1/2-inch pieces and pierce with toothpicks.
