Durango Drummettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. Reese cooking sherry
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. chopped green onions
24 chicken drummettes with skin removed
Preparation

In large skillet, combine water, soy sauce, sherry, brown sugar and green onions.
Add drummettes and stir to coat. Heat to boiling and lower heat. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes more. Serve warm.
