Fat-Free Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 c. fat-free egg substitute (Egg Beaters)
    1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat plain yogurt
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in natural juice, drained
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. shredded carrots
