Company Olives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) jar pimento olives
    2 cloves garlic
    4 dried red chili peppers
    1 1/2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
Preparation
    Drain liquid from jar of olives into saucepan.
    Add garlic and pepper; simmer 5 minutes.
    Add vinegar, dill and red pepper flakes.
    Pour over olives (still in jar) and shake well.
    Let stand in sealed jar in refrigerator at least 4 days.
    The longer, the better.
