Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large zucchini
    your favorite spaghetti or lasagna tomato sauce with or without meat (16 oz.)
    16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese (to taste)
Preparation
    Parboil whole zucchini; allow to cool.
    Slice 1/4 to 1/2-inch thickness; allow water to drain on paper towels.
    Grate Mozzarella cheese.
    Layer ingredients in baking pan in following order:
    1) sauce 2) zucchini slices 3) Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
    Go back to 1.
    Top layer should be cheese.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Last 15 minutes, bake, uncovered, to allow cheese to brown slightly.
