Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, cubed
    2 carrots, sliced
    2 celery stems, sliced
    2 onions, diced
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    5 c. water
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    13 oz. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except milk and margarine.
    Cook over medium heat for 40 minutes, covered.
    Add milk and margarine; simmer for 30 minutes.
    For cream of potato soup, mash 1/2 of cooked potatoes and add finely shredded Cheddar cheese.
    May reduce water and use milk instead of evaporated milk.
