Light Whole Wheat Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Bisquick, Recip-Ease or Pioneer baking mix
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. skim milk or buttermilk
cooking spray
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Stir together the first 4 ingredients. Add milk to make a soft dough.
Knead on floured surface.
Roll out 1/2-inch thick; cut with biscuit cutter.
Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
