Yams With Oranges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced, cooked yams (they steam well)
    2 oranges, pared and sliced thin
    1/4 c. juice (orange, apricot or cider)
    3 Tbsp. soft or melted margarine
    1/3 c. or more pecans, broken up (or walnuts)
    cinnamon and nutmeg
Preparation
    Arrange half of yam slices in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with half the orange slices, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and some nuts and spices.
    Then repeat layers.
    Garnish with additional orange slices.
    Combine juice and margarine; pour over all.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 50 minutes.
