Cheese Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sharp grated cheese
1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. salt (garlic)
1 c. pecans or almonds, chopped fine
Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Shape into log and roll into nuts.
Serve with assorted crackers or small toast triangles.
