Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. blueberries
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease muffin tins.
Beat egg with a fork; stir in milk and oil.
Blend dry ingredients and mix with liquid just until flour is moistened.
Batter should be lumpy. Add blueberries.
Mix lightly, but do not overmix.
Fill pans 2/3 full.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until brown.
Serve warm.
Yields 9 medium or 12 small.
