Gnocchi Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cold mashed potatoes
1 1/2 c. flour
6 egg yolks
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except 1/4 cup cheese and butter. Drop dumpling batter in 3/4-inch pieces into boiling water, seasoned with additional tablespoon salt.
Cook gently until dumplings rise to surface.
Remove with slotted spoon.
Drain on paper towels. Place in shallow buttered casserole.
Keep hot in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
When all dumplings are boiled, pour on butter.
Sprinkle with reserved cheese.
Broil until golden brown. Serve with meat.
