Amish Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. lard
    1 egg
    milk
Preparation
    Cut flour, salt and lard together.
    Stir egg in measuring cup, then
    add
    enough to measure 2/3 cup of liquid.
    Mix liquid into flour mixture.
    Chill, then roll.
