Fruited Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1 c. diced celery
1 c. orange sections (use canned)
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil + 2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
salt (if desired)
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Combine oil, juice, vinegar and salt.
Pour over chicken and toss.
Chill 1 hour and then drain off liquid.
Stir mayonnaise into salad.
Delicious.
